Indian citizens aged 21-60 years (with exceptions for specific categories) with minimum 10th pass qualification can apply. Both individuals and entities (companies, trusts, societies) can apply. Various categories include General, SC/ST, OBC, Defence Personnel, Physically Handicapped, Sports Persons, Freedom Fighters, and existing gas company dealers.

Land should be either owned or on long-term lease (minimum 10 years 11 months for Micro outlets, 29 years 11 months for Regular outlets). The location should be suitable for fuel station operations with proper road access. Our Land Evaluation Committee (LEC) will verify suitability before approval.
