Identification of Locations
DigiTrand identifies strategic locations for Micro & Regular retail outlets based on traffic study, fuel demand, zoning, and feasibility.

On National/State Highways, major city roads, urban & semi-urban areas with high traffic and demand.
đž Micro Outlets
Rural territories outside municipal limits, not located on major highways, serving community needs.
Eligibility Criteria
đ¤ Individual Applicants
- Indian citizen
- Resident of India (per IT Act rules)
- Age 21â60 years
- Minimum 10th pass
đĄ Land Criteria
Applicants may apply with owned, leased, or proposed land. Land must meet feasibility, access, frontage, and safety norms applicable to green fuel outlets.
đ Reserved Category Eligibility
Partnership Rules
In partnership applications, EACH partner must meet the same eligibility criteria as individual applicants. Land owned by any partner is considered firm-owned.
Partners must submit separate applications online and attach the draft partnership deed.
Eligibility for Existing Dealers
Existing dealers of fuel/energy companies may apply if not penalized under MDP guidelines in the last 5 years and no disciplinary case is pending.

Entity must be at least 3 years old, registered in India, and meet compliance requirements.
Outlet Management
The selected dealer must personally manage day-to-day operations, staff, safety processes, and service quality. Non-individual entities may appoint employees to handle operations under supervision.
Spouse as Co-Owner
For individual dealers, spouse is included as 50% partner unless employed or they opt out formally. Partnership must be formalized before LOA issuance.
